It was 2019 when I completed my 10th class of my schooling. I got a three months holiday. I indulge in many activities to find my career path during this time. After two months, the result was published, and I got 3 options depending upon my result. I have the choice to select either Humanities, Commerce, or Science I don’t have any interest in Humanities and Commerce. Thus, I selected Computer Science in the Science Department. Now, to get placed in a better college. My father advised me to prepare for IIT JEE. Thus, I joined Aakash IIT JEE Coaching Centre for my JEE Mains and JEE Advanced preparation. The early phase of my preparation started when my class 11th was initiated. Every Saturday and Sunday, I travel by bus and go to Aakash IIT JEE Coaching Centre. The Saturday classes begin after my school classes. The timing of the Saturday coaching class is from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Sunday classes begin from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm. This schedule is repeated for the entire JEE preparation till the JEE mains exam occurs. The classes went well till my class 11th final exams ended. Then, the pandemic period starts from March month of 2020. Thus, the whole country.l was under lockdown. Thus, my JEE preparation turns from offline to online mode. But this time, there was a tight schedule in online mode. The classes will happen in all the weekdays from Monday to Friday which starts from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm and there will be a three-hour test series on Sunday. Due to this, there is no external preparation time for me to learn the subject topics and concepts. These online sessions were not suitable and supportable fir my JEE preparation. Hence, to improve and enhance my JEE preparation. I have to look for the next plan, to well understand the topics and to build the ability to solve the problems quickly. There are three main subjects which include Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. For Mathematics, I followed Neha Agarwal Mam from Neha Agarwal Mathematically Inclined Inclined YouTube Channel, then followed by Nishant Vora sir and Sameer sir from Unacademy YouTube Channel. For Chemistry, I followed the Sakshi Vora Mam, Ashwani Tyagi sir, and Anupam sir from Unacademy YouTube Channel. For Physics, I followed Aman Dhattarwal sir and Namo Kaul sir from Unacademy. I used to watch videos from Unacademy platform from both YouTube Channel as the free course videos related to IIT-JEE. I continued this approach for up to 6 months. Luckily, I got some more days for my preparation due to increase in Covid cases. It was 23rd April, when the Educational Minister proposed the statement that there will be no examination upto dass 12 due to Covid lockdown. So, my focus remains with my IIT-JEE preparation. Now, I get extra 2 months before attending my JEE Mains Exams. I gave all the four attempts for JEE Mains. For my past 2 years preparation, I get 94 percentile in my JEE Mains examination. I can’t able to clear JEE advanced exam. Thus, doesn’t have the option for pursuing my Bachelor’s in IIT. Due to my better performance in JEE Mains, I get on option for pursuing my Bachelor’s in NIT Arunachal Pradesh. Though my IIT journey ends her, but I enjoyed the process of learning dally and my efforts, For me, it’s all about the process than result. From this journey, the process envelops confidence in me and I am sure, I will be succesfull in my life.
