Coaches are the motivators in our lives that we know we need, and we have realized how effective they are as guides who prepare us to face the challenges that come our way, not only in academics but also in our personal growth as human beings. At some point in our lives, everyone needs someone to guide, teach, and help us distinguish between what to do and what not to do; that’s what coaches are meant for. Anyone can be a teacher, but a true teacher is one to whom students return after some time to share their life experiences. Early PhaseMy coaching experience began at an early age, not for any engineering exams, but simply for my school classes. My coaching ma’am at the time was incredibly supportive. She was around 50 years old and was a wonderful teacher who guided me from class 1 to 4. She lived near an ice-cream parlour in B-block Rajajipuram, Lucknow. She not only taught me how to study but also how to be a good person. She even invited students from her coaching to her birthday parties. In short, she was not just a teacher but also like a grandmother. Unfortunately, she later moved away from where she lived. Middle PhaseNow comes the middle phase, where a student develops their basics in the world of studies, from class 5 to 8. After leaving my previous coaching, I tried different options, but none suited me, so I decided to self-coach, utilizing resources like YouTube. That period went well, and my school teachers supported me a lot during my journey. Ending PhaseThis is the phase where everyone starts to get serious about their studies and begins thinking beyond school life, looking forward to higher education, spanning from class 9 to 12. This is when complex studies start, from sets in mathematics to the intricacies of chemistry, compounded by the challenges of physics, and absorbed through the avenue of biology. I joined HOURS EDUCATION, located at B-block, Rajajipuram, intending to study for classes 9 and 10, but little did I know I would remain associated with it until class 12 and beyond. I had various teachers, but the one I remember the most is my mathematics and physics teacher for classes 9 and 10, who was also my friend, never pressuring me but always providing support. After my class 10th, I encountered the best teacher for physics and the ultimate guide for overcoming life’s challenges. He taught me physics in class 11th and 12th and prepared us for engineering exams in such a way that careful listening in class eliminated the need for revision. What I learned at Hours Education not only benefited me academically but also contributed to my overall growth. He not only emphasized studying but also focused on holistic development, allowing us to plan parties for teachers’ birthdays or events like Independence Day, Republic Day, or New Year. He is truly a TEACHER-BEST FRIEND for everyone at the coaching institute. ConclusionEveryone has a different story, a different message, and a unique thinking ability. No one can replicate someone else’s thoughts based on their experiences. My experience is not just about studies but also about the little things surrounding academics, which, to be honest, are the main sources for self-enhancement and living life to the fullest. Hours Education is indeed a coaching institute that enables academic and personal growth. To everyone out there, here’s a short message: Focus on everything, not just academics, because we live in a world where people are becoming like robots, working tirelessly. Rather than becoming robots, we should aim to create them. Have healthy competition with lots of laughter and enjoyment. Thank You !! |
