- Disability must be 40% or more than 40% ( have valid certificate).
- The annual family income limit upto INR 6 Lakh.

- Reimbursement of tuition fees and non-refundable charges paid/payable to the Institute Up to INR 2 LAKH per annum.
- Maintenance Allowance : Rs.3,000/- per month for hostellers and Rs. 1,500 per month for day-scholars.

- The Fellowship is available for Indian nationals as well as Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) those are working permanently in engineering profession in public funded institutions in India.
