Yes, you can customize the appearance of Chrome in various ways.

For example, you can change the background and theme of the new tab page, the profile icon and color, the home button and bookmarks bar, and the language and font settings.

You can also customize the new tab page by clicking on the Customize Chrome button at the bottom-right corner of the page. Here, you can change the background image, the theme color, and the shortcuts displayed on the page.

If you want to reset the customization settings, you can go to Settings > Restore settings > Restore settings to their original defaults
