Every Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) releases a notification of Regional Rural banks for the post of Assistant Manager. This year also released notification for the post of ASSISTANT MANAGER in June 2023.
The exam was conducted by IBPS the prelims exam was conducted in August 2023, Mains exam was conducted in September 2023.
The Candidates who cleared their mains exam were shortlisted for the interview, the interviews were conducted in November for 11 days.

In the interview 6 panel, my panel number is 4. Each panel has 5 members 4 sirs and 1 madam. Now I am sharing my interview experience.

Panel Sir: Introduce yourself

Me: I gave my self-introduction

Panel Sir: Okay. What is Banking?

Me: Banking means accepting deposits from customers and lending loans

Panel Madam: Tell me SHG’s full form. Does SHG have many members?

Me: SHG Stands for self-help group and it consists of 10-20 members

Panel Sir: How to recover loans?

Me: Through SARFAESI ACT 2002. it stands for Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Services and Enforcement of Security Interest Act.

Panel Sir: Tell me the full form of DRT.

Me: Debt Recovery tribunal

Panel members: All the best

Me: Thank you, sirs and madam.
