CCC stands for Course on Computer Concepts. Government of India is trying to provide CCC for needy students and common people. The primary focus of this mission is to provide the necessary and basic knowledge of computers and programming skills for the functioning of computers. Anyone who applies to this course, after completing it will be able to perform some of the basic tasks like sending emails, typing through the keyboard, surfing through the internet and many other things.

The duration of the course is 80 hours. Those who want to gain knowledge from it are expected to fill out an online form at the official website of NIELIT. After that, they have to apply for an online examination to complete this course.

Breakdown of course: The entire duration of the course is divided into three parts. The first part is theory class, which sums up for twenty-five hours. The second part is five hours long class of tutorial. The last, third part is fifty hours in duration and contains the practical section.

How to Apply for the Course

1. Open the official website of NIELIT and click on Apply for the course.
2. Select the course for which you want to apply.
3. Read all the instructions in the digital manual on the computer screen.
4. Fill out the form along with the required information like photo, signature and other legal information.
5. After submission of the form, you will get a unique registration number.
6. Pay the registration fee by any mode of payment (Online or Offline).

Process to Apply for Online Examination

1. Generate your ID and password using the registration number get at the time of applying for the course.
2. Complete the required details in the profile.
3. Carefully complete the examination form without even a single mistake.
4. Submit the form and pay fees in any of the modes of payment.
