I applied for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee at HCLTech and successfully completed three rounds of assessment: an online test, a technical interview, and an HR interview.

 First Round

In the first round, which was an online test, I had 75 minutes to answer 75 questions. There was no negative marking, and the test comprised the following sections:

• Quantitative/Numerical Ability
• Logical Reasoning
• Verbal Ability
• Computer Fundamental

Second Round

For the second round, I faced a Technical interview. The interviewer asked various questions related to the technologies mentioned in my resume. The interview covered the following topics:

• Self-introduction
• Explanation of Polymorphism in Java
• The main method in Java
• Operation overloading
• Static method in Java
• Super function in Java

Following the Technical interview, I proceeded to the third round, which was the HR interview. The HR interview consisted of the following discussions:

After one week of the HR interview, I received a confirmation email stating that I had been selected for the position.
