According to the lawsuit, Brown, along with several members of his entourage, including the artists known as Yella Beezy and Hood Boss, allegedly “brutally and severely beat” the four men, throwing chairs and delivering multiple blows.

The plaintiffs, named as Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell, claim that the attack was unprovoked. The lawsuit accuses Brown and his team of engaging in violent conduct, and it also targets the tour promoter, Live Nation, for their continued association with Brown despite his history of legal issues.

The incident allegedly began after the plaintiffs were invited to a VIP area backstage and ended with a physical altercation. The plaintiffs are seeking damages for their injuries and a temporary restraining order against the defendants.

The complaint alleges that despite Chris Brown’s history of bad and violent behavior, Live Nation continued their partnership with him. They promoted his tour, “The 11:11 Tour,” and brought him to Texas for financial gain.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the plaintiffs, stated, “In Texas, everyone, no matter how famous, must follow the law and behave properly. Unprovoked violence will not be tolerated. We will seek damages, including punitive damages, against Brown and his associates.”

According to the complaint, Brown and his group attacked the plaintiffs by surrounding them, throwing chairs, and repeatedly kicking and hitting them. The violence included strikes to their heads and chests, even after they were down.

The lawsuit claims that the plaintiffs were invited to the VIP area of Brown’s concert but were attacked when they tried to leave. Brown allegedly remembered a past dispute and ordered his crew to attack them.

The plaintiffs say they were followed into a hallway by seven to ten of Brown’s associates who punched, threw chairs, and kicked them. One plaintiff was trapped and severely beaten in a stairwell.
