The selection process at HCLTech comprises four rounds, all conducted virtually:

Round 1: Online Assessment

• Analytical Reasoning – 15 MCQ
• Critical Reasoning – 15 MCQ
• Quantitative Reasoning – 15 MCQ
• Verbal Reasoning – 10 MCQ
• Logical Reasoning – 15 MCQ

Round 2: Technical Round

• Merge Sort and Quick Sort – Algo and Other details
• I have to write bubble sort on Paper.
• Describe project.
• OOPs, Pillar.

Round 3: Technical Round

• Similar to Round 2.

Round 4: HR Round.

• Review my Semester Results.

I was rejected in the HR round because my GPA for two semesters was around 7-7.5.
