Off-Campus Interview at Odoo I applied for a pre-placement internship at Odoo towards the end of my third year. This internship starts in January 2025 and lasts for six months, after which I’ll begin a full-time role at Odoo. To crack an off-campus interview, it’s essential to focus on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) as well as computer fundamentals, ensuring a strong grasp of these areas. The interview process consisted of three rounds: Round 1: Coding RoundThe HR shared a test link containing three coding questions and one SQL question. I would rate these questions as LeetCode moderate level. Regular practice of coding problems will help you clear this round. Round 2: Aptitude and English ProficiencyHR shared a meeting link for this online test, where I was asked to share my screen and keep my camera on. The test included around 30 aptitude questions to be solved within 30 minutes. Round 3: Technical InterviewThis was also conducted online. It began with an introduction and a discussion about my project and tech stack. The interviewer then presented a DSA question, which I had to solve within 30 minutes, ensuring all test cases and edge cases were passed. The question was of moderate difficulty. Additionally, I was given a database design task, involving table design and queries like joins, group by, etc., along with normalization concepts. A few OOP concepts in C++ were also discussed. I received a call from HR on the same day informing me that I was selected. |
