It was the first company that visited our college for the placements. This was the only company where we witnessed what is company talk for the very first time. The company scheduled majorly 3 rounds for the selection.

Interview Rounds:

1st Round was a Company Talk that told us about what the company does & what it’s all about. Where it is located. Why are they here? What company exactly does? Which position are they hiring for? Each and everything was explained in detail to us. The HR as well as the Company Head visited our college. The Head’s name was Anuragh. The HR name was Nimisha Ramesh

2nd Round was a test – A pen and a paper test. No digital equipment was used. We were divided into groups for the test. Every group has a dedicated room for the test. Members of their team monitored the test to avoid cheating. The test consisted of 10 questions each of which was descriptive type.

3rd Round was the Interview Round where we directly talked to the HR.

The 3 crew members took our interview. We were again divided based on girls and boys. The boys were divided into groups of 4 and 5. Every girl was given a solo chance to go for the interview. Many girls were going for the interview before me. Every interview takes 10 minutes. It was my turn then

• She first asked about introducing yourself.
• Then the questions were related to the paper.
• After all these questions, she asked about what position she was applying for.
• We are located in Delhi, Are you ready to relocate?
• Do you have any previous job offers?

As it was my first one on one desk interview I spoke everything true that was not needed for that interview. Due to this, I was not selected.

TIPS

1. Some tips if you read it to the end.
2. If someone is asking you can you relocate?
3. Say Yes, No matter what. Say it like, I am a fresher and I am willing to relocate as I need to learn and enhance my skills in the best way possible.
4. If someone is asking you what position are you applying for.
5. Please do have a detailed knowledge of the things you are applying for.
6. If someone is asking you do you have any previous job offers.
7. Directly say No, I don’t have any offer till now as I am willing to join your organization.
