The shortage of time led to a condensed two-round technical interview, exploring topics like Array, Binary search algorithm and Tree coding questions and some sorting algorithms, and alternate solutions for online test errors. The emphasis was on Problem soving skills, , and in-depth Data structure knowledge.

ROUND 3: HR ROUND

The HR round involved a mix of questions about Juniper, the candidate’s background. Questions about other job offers, reasons for potential rejection, and a comparison added depth to the conversation. The interview also touched upon personal interests and motivations, urging candidates to inquire about the company.
