- The assessment includes:

- The coding test consists of 2 questions, which may vary in complexity (basic to advanced topics like greedy algorithms, dynamic programming, or simpler data structures).
- To pass this round, candidates must successfully complete at least one coding question.
Communication Assessment
- This is a non-elimination round, but performance is still important.
- It tests:
- Listening skills
- Story Formation
- Grammar correction
- Tip: Use a good headset and ensure a noise-free environment. Try to speak up rather than remaining silent, even if you don’t fully understand the question.
Interview
- The interview covers self-introduction, technical, managerial, and HR questions.
- There is an emphasis on communication skills and handling situational questions.
- Questions are based on:
- Resume details
- Technical and soft skills
- Project details
- Situational scenarios
- Basic HR queries
- Interviewers prefer realistic answers over purely professional responses.

Notes
- Service-based companies like Accenture focus less on data structures and algorithms (DSA) and more on aptitude and coding skills.
- A strong grasp of your preferred programming language, along with aptitude and some coding knowledge, is generally sufficient.
The selection for roles such as Packaged App Developer Associate (PADA), Associate Software Engineer (ASE), or Advanced Associate Software Engineer (Advanced ASE) depends on the requirements and interview performance.
