Step 4: If the password submitted is correct then the file will open and will show interface as shown in below figure. For printing the file click on Print icon. For better understanding, the print icon has been marked, and a arrow is also pointing toward the icon in the figure below.

Step 5: Again, for getting the print option, we have to type correct password and click on submit to complete this step.

Step 6: After submitting the password, the file will open, and to print the file, we have to click on the Print icon.

Step 7: Now, a new window will be shown. It contains preferences like Pages, Paper size, Color, Scale and others option for printing the file. Select your own preferences for printing the file. In Pages, you can select how many pages you want to print. In Paper size option, you can select the size of page for printing the doucments and you can also change the Color and Scale of the file.

Step 8: In the “Destination” option, select the printer and press “Print”.

Step 9: In the previous step, if printer is not connected and you press the “Print” option, a dialog box will appear for saving the file on your device. Type the file name in ‘File name’ field and press ‘Save’ to save the file on your device.
