I’m currently a final year student at Eluru College of Engineering and Technology, pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. My college experience has been enriching, filled with new experiences and learnings at every step.

About the campus:

The campus is divided into wings representing various disciplines and branches. It has large classrooms, high-tech laboratories, a sports wing, a huge library, a recreation room, a placement cell, a campus canteen, and friendly staff always ready to assist students.

First-Year Experience:

My first year of college was nearly entirely offline. I made new acquaintances and got to know seniors who helped me fit in. I had the opportunity to learn new things every day, primarily exploring topics related to my curriculum. I developed an interest in Web Development and completed a course to build my confidence in this domain. The teachers were supportive and taught even the most difficult subjects in an easy-to-understand manner. The labs were conducted regularly with a deep focus on practical knowledge alongside theoretical classes.

Second-Year Experience:

In my second year, I transitioned from purely theoretical learning to more practical applications. With the support of my staff and Head of Department (HOD), I secured internships that allowed me to gain hands-on experience in web development and machine learning. These internships were instrumental in helping me apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects. I also started exploring various other topics, enhancing my understanding and expertise in data structures and algorithms (DSA). This year was marked by a significant growth in my technical skills and confidence.

Third-Year Experience:

During my third year, I continued to build on the foundation I had set in my second year. I took on more challenging projects in my internships, further deepening my knowledge in web development and machine learning. I also participated in various workshops and seminars that broadened my understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends. My exploration into DSA topics continued, which proved beneficial in solving complex problems efficiently. This year was a period of intense learning and skill refinement, preparing me for the professional world ahead.
